Dear neighbour,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter in response to your recent complaint to the society secretary regarding unwanted sounds from my apartment.

My brother had an accident yesterday, and we rushed to the hospital in a hurry, leaving the kids behind without giving them proper instructions. The kids took it as an opportunity and watched cartoon shows at a loud voice until midnight, which disturbed everyone on the floor.

I am fully aware that everyone in the building has work in the morning, and bad sleep affects productivity the next day. I apologise for the inconvenience caused the previous night and assure you it will not repeat in the future.

After receiving complaints from various tenants, I have scolded my children for their inappropriate actions and asked them not to repeat this. As a gesture, my children have prepared cookies for your family. Kindly accept it and forgive us.

Sorry for the trouble.
Thankyou,

Kind regards,
John
