Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction and appreciation to one of your tour guides from our trip.

Last week, I visited New York and chose your company for the guided tour around the city. I for the 12 p.m. trip . The tour guide that was assigned to us was Jacob Styles, who has been working in your company for about 6 years.

During our tour, Jacob was very humorous and interactive. and made the whole tour fun from start to finish. He also explained the historic spots of the city . He is very friendly and approachable, especially since we had a lot of questions regarding the history of some places in the city.

I would like to commend his work and request that with a bonus on his upcoming payroll. I believe that he rightfully deserves this reward as he has done a tremendous job with guiding us around the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip and I would recommend him and your company to my friends when they visit New York.
