Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction and appreciation to one of your tour guides from our trip.

Last week, I visited New York and chose your company for the guided tour around the city. I purchased ticket for the 12 p.m. trip which is on a red double decker bus. The tour guide that was assigned to us was Jacob Styles, who has been working in your company for about 6 years.

During our tour, Jacob was very humorous and interactive. He often interacted with the customers and made the whole tour fun from start to finish. He also explained the historic spots of the city really well which I really admire. He is very friendly and approachable, especially since we had a lot of questions regarding the history of some places in the city.

I would like to commend his work and request that you should reward him with a bonus on his upcoming payroll. I believe that he rightfully deserves this reward as he has done a tremendous job with guiding us around the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip and I would recommend him and your company to my friends when they visit New York.

Yours faithfully,
Davis Smith
