I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the excellent service that I have received from one of your staff members in the. department store.
Last Friday, 13th of May, I visited your store at 1:30 pm to look for furnitures for my new apartment. I came into the furniture section at the second floor and was greeted with a warm welcome by Marco Stein, who is one of your employees working at that time. There were numerous customers during that day; therefore, I am glad that he was able to assist me with my questions and needs.
As someone who is inexperienced when it comes to looking for furnitures, I asked help from Marco for some advice on which brands would best suit my needs and living condition. He happily accompanied me through the entire furniture section and has given me valuable information on the different brands that you are offering in your store. He was also able to give me beneficial tips about the numerous furnitures in-stock; therefore, I was able to confidently choose the furnitures for my place.
With the positive experience that I had with Marco, I would like to request that you give him a raise in his salary to commend his excellent customer service. I also highly recommend that you give him a promotion to acknowledge his remarkable assistance as I believe that he surely deserves it for a job well done. He not only has great customer skills, but also has an excellent positive attitude towards the people that he interacts with.
