I am writing this letter to inquire about some information related to setting up a new bank account in your bank.
I recently moved to this city and many people recommended to open an account in this bank. I got tremendous feedback about the service, staff and ease of banking.

I got to know the process at your branch is comparatively easier than other institutions and it would be great if you can send me a detailed information about the complete process involved in opening bank account and necessary documents required. Since, I changed cities there are high chances that some documents might be missing or need to be updated. Also, I am interested in opening a saving account along with my salary account. I would appreciate if you can introduce me to some promotional offers and other investments scheme which can help me grow money.
