Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your bus services in my area.

Every week as I go to work, I take your bus that is on the route to Toresdale station. Over the last two weeks, I have noticed that the bus that is scheduled at 6 a.m. is always delayed by 15 minutes. Simultaneously, I have also noticed that most of your buses have a broken air condition.

With the delay of your buses, this has caused me to arrive at work late multiple times which damaged my punctuality record. I was also called by the HR because of my tardiness and they have given me a warning regarding my punctuality. Moreover, due to the broken air condition of your buses, I often end up arriving at work sweaty, which is not a great feeling to start off my day.

I would like to request that you should train your employees to show up to work on time as many people like myself rely on your services to get to work on time. Also, I would like to request that you start replacing the broken air conditioning of your busses as it is highly important to have them working as summer approaches so that your customers stay fresh rather than sweaty.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
John Smith
