What You'll Find In This Report

The report provides a clear overview of the rental charges and salaries in three areas of London, effectively summarizing the key features of the data. The writer accurately identifies the most and least expensive areas for different bedroom types and links these to the required salaries. However, the report could benefit from more precise data references and a more structured approach to presenting comparisons. The lexical resource is adequate, but there is room for improvement in using more varied vocabulary for describing trends. Grammatical accuracy is generally good, though some minor errors in punctuation and tense usage are noted. Overall, the report meets the task requirements but could be enhanced with more detailed data analysis and refined language use.

The table depicts two sets of related information: the relative cost, in pounds, of renting a property with one, two or three bedrooms in three different suburbs of London and an indication of the kind of annual salary you would need to be earning to rent in these areas.

Overall, it is clear that Fulham had the lowest rent per week for one bedroom, however it was highest for Notting Hill in case of three bedroom. The highest amount of salary was needed in Notting Hill on annual basis, whereas least was required in Fulham.

It is evident from the three areas mentioned, Notting Hill is the most expensive with weekly rents ranging from minimum £375 for 1 bed to £738 per week for a 3-bedroom property with. To afford one, two and three bedrooms, a person would require a salary of £98,500, £127,500 and £194,000 per annum respectively.

Examining further, interestingly, Fulham is the cheapest area shown with rents ranging from £215 per week for a one-bedroom property to £600 per week for a 3-bedroom property. To rent in this area, salaries need to be somewhere between £85,000 and £170,000 depending on the number of bedrooms required. For those able to pay in the middle price range for accommodation, Regent's Park might be a more suitable district as weekly rent for a 3 bedroom accommodation is noted to be £650 with a requirement of £170,500 remuneration yearly.
