Overall, there has been significant growth in research and education areas, as well as improved accessibility.
To begin with, the northern portion of the park previously consisted of vacant land. However, it has now been transformed into a modern research and development center. In this transformation, the original reception area was replaced with a university hub, while the nearby offices remained untouched. In the south, the size of the car park has decreased, the business units remain unchanged, however the most striking change is the significant expansion of the cyber security building, taking over previously undeveloped land.
Moving further, the circular IT center has been revamped into an innovative hub, while the southernmost train tracks now have a new station with pathways leading to different facilities. More biking routes have been added along an eastern road that extends through the heart of the park, passing by the new buildings and car park. Lastly, there is now a convenient bus stop on the eastern side of the campus.
