In an overview, it is evident that there was a dramatic rise in the amount of waste collected, with paper waste continuously leading in number and yard and tin debris being recycled less frequently.
To begin with, paper waste decreased steadily from 57 tons in 2011 to 40 tons in 2013, then significantly upsurged to 70 tons by the conclusion of the period. Conversely, glass waste peaked in 2011 at 48 tons, decreased to 41 tons in 2012 and reached its peak again in 2013 surpassing the values of paper trash, and ultimately stabilized at about 50 tons.
Moving further, the amount of tin trash fluctuated between 35 tons and 39 tons throughout the course of the five years, peaking in 2015. In the meantime, the value of garden trash dropped from 32 tons to 15 tons in 2012, followed by a rise to 31 tons in 2013 and 35 tons at the end of the season.
