First of all, I constantly find new ways to test and experiment new physical exercises for my physical growth. For instance, I started doing home workouts from one of the most workout apps I downloaded two years ago although I was a bit nervous for it. Now it has become a part of my life thanks to my discovery about that application and I feel proud for my progressive results within these a few years.
Next, I am also of the opinion that mental health is a vital key for overall wellbeing. I think learning something new and innovative can be a great support for stress reduction and sharp the mind like top learners around the world. That is the reason why I always search and read the physical books instead of the digital ones to avoid doomscrolling which can be a waste of my precious time. This small habit often helps me relax and entertain me with pure knowledge simultaneously.
Finally, breaking harmful habits is also a game- changer for personal growth. For example, I used to drink coffee excessively just to increase my focus most of the time but I read an article related to this and I found that herbal teas or other similar drinks are the only ones that can improve my sleep quality. So, I trained myself daily not to consume coffee anywhere as best as I could and my results were mind-blowing when it comes to getting rid of bad routines. This change made me more alert and energetic without coffee during the day.
All in all, my beliefs in personal growth influences my lifestyle choices immensely especially when it comes to doing physical exercises, reading books, and even diet. These effective habits not only helped me with my robust and healthy life but also triggered my curiosity for finding a better version of myself.
