One of the major problems that arouse due to this large number of migrations is that the local employees of that particular country might lose their job. The employers prefer to get their job done with less expenses. So, they employ foreign national workers with less salary and as a result opportunities for the local job seekers are drastically reduced. Another significant issue is that the economic development of the country from where a greater number of young people are migrating, will face a sharp decline and government may not recover the cost spent on them such as scholarships and other benefits.
One of the effective solutions is that the government should frame and impose rules to the organisations on employing foreign workers. They should give preference to the home country workers and then they have to look for talents from abroad to fill the left over vacancies. Also, governments may collaborate with private firms to retain the talents by providing internship opportunities to the young graduates to hone their skills so that they do not have to look for jobs in other countries. This will boost the income for the government in the form of taxes which can be further utilised for welfare of the citizens.
In conclusion, the problems due to large number of people shifting to other countries are economic crisis and loss of job opportunities for the local people. However, by imposing the above suggested solutions, these problems can be mitigated.
