Dear Sir,

I humbly extend my heartfelt appreciation for the invitation to join the esteemed team at Microsoft in a full-time role.

Upon much contemplation, I have arrived at the decision to decline the full-time job offer presently. My time working with the company on a part-time basis has been immensely fulfilling and considering my personal obligations and priorities, I believe that remaining in a part-time capacity is the better choice for me at this point in time.

I wish to emphasize that this decision was not taken lightly. Your continued trust in my abilities means a great deal to me. While I am unable to accept the full-time offer at this time, I am open to discussing future possibilities that may better align with my current circumstances. I am eager to keep contributing to the team's achievements and I am enthusiastic about exploring ways in which I can further support the company's objectives.

I want to express my gratitude once again for this opportunity and I am excited for our continued collaboration and success within the company.

Yours sincerely,
Nathan Bradshaw
