Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Kalpana, resident of ELM Drive West for past 10 years, writing this letter regarding the road in front of my house that has been severely damaged after the construction that has been done in our nearby building.

The road that is damaged connects the busiest streets of our area, Hurontario to Burnamthope road and it also has a bus stop. So, this bus stop is currently not functional. This has been making commute very difficult for all the residents. This is affecting school students as well as they are walking to next stop to take school bus. Commuting by road is also equally difficult as it poses the risk of accidents.

We request you to please send in road department officials to immediately relay the road as early as possible as there is forecast for severe thunderstorms in coming weeks.

I am hoping for sooner resolution.

Thanks,
Kalpana
