What You'll Find In This Report

The letter provides a clear response to the employer's request for feedback on the training course. It covers the key points: the nature of the course, the participant's experience, and suggestions for improvement. However, there are areas where the letter could be improved, particularly in terms of grammatical accuracy, lexical resource, and coherence. The tone is semi-formal, which is appropriate for the context, but some informal elements and errors slightly detract from the overall quality. The letter meets the word count requirement and the purpose is clear, but the execution could be more polished.

Respeceted Sir

I am John Smith, an employee in your organization. I recently attended a training programme on behalf of our company and i am writing this letter to describe my experience and feedback about it as asked.

For a reminder, it was a Advance Microsoft Excel course which is one of the key software used regularly in our work. It was a 30 day course, however because of my prior knowledge, I finished it in half time.

As I stated, Excel is used in every sector of our organization. Since, our business is booming, it is necessary to know all the functions that can be utilized in Excel. For instance, till now we are only using excel as a data entry tool but it can used to analyze regular trends with automated entries which will reduce effort and saves time.

Also, I realised this course might not be suitable for some employees, who are involved in physical work rather than working on computers. I suggest to look for some other suitable course for them.

Thankyou for giving me this opportunity and help me adding a useful skill to my portfolio.

Kind regards,

John Smith
