Furthermore, as workers gain knowledge and experience throughout their careers, lifetime employment can result in a skilled and experienced workforce.
Conversely, detractors argue that a lifetime job can make it more difficult for an organization to adapt to the quickly changing business environment of today. For example, in order to stay innovative, businesses like Google and Apple prioritize hiring new talent with fresh ideas in the fast-paced technology sector.
